Looking to rent a house/appartment |
It might not be time for you to buy a house yet for many different reasons. Your credit score might be low. You might not have enough fund for a large down payment. You might want to live at different places for a short period of time before moving to a new location. Or you might be new to Houston and want to try out a new location while exploring options to buy your dream home.
First, you have to find the place you want to rent. Then, in order to be accepted into a rental, there is an application process when landlord or property manager will screen your credentials. After all on of that, you might be accepted/rejected. It's best to have an agent to represent you to go through those processes. Even better, as a tenant, you don't have to pay your agent. The landlord will pay real estate agent both listing and selling sides once the property is rented. In other word, it's a FREE service to you. Why not using it? |
